MOCK INTERVIEW DAY

The UWin Pre-Medical Society is proud to present our annual Mock Interview Day! Successful acceptance into professional schools does not only hinge on a good GPA, MCAT score and ECs! If offered an interview, this is your chance to show the admissions committee why you stand out as an applicant and so it makes sense why many people spend hours preparing.

The best way to do this is to run through as many dress rehearsals as possible, and this is what this event is all about. We will have medical students who have all gone through the real deal, sit as judges and you will experience how a panel-style interview is structured. The judges are here to help you and will give you pointers and feedback after each of your interviews. Through out each interview station, you will be asked questions that stem from popular topics that can appear during medical school and other professional school interviews. Mock Interview Day will provide you with the the opportunities to learn about ethics in medicine, the interview process and how you can build your experience with traditional medical school interviews.

Given the current COVID-19 public health measures, the event will be held virtually through the Zoom platform.
